No need to leave your warm bubble in the winter months, or brave the cold to drive back & forth. Simply prepare the space, & let yourself melt into the massage table.

how to prepare for an in~home appointment
Please clear a space roughly 10’ x 6’ to allow room for the massage table & the therapist to move freely around it. A warmly heated bedroom, living room, or spare room is perfect. Don’t worry about having a spotless space, and feel free to crank the heat!
To ensure my safety, please let me know before your appointment if there will be others present in the home during our session.

Prepare the space
Limit distractions
2
I want your session to be as relaxing and distraction-free as possible! Please limit the use of heavy fragrances in the space, and ensure any pets are safely tucked away in another room for the duration of your appointment. Be sure to switch off your phone and any other electronics in the room.
The massage table is quite bulky, and I will need a safe, clear path from my vehicle to the massage area. In the winter months, please clear snow from your driveway, steps, & walkway, and treat ice with sand or salt prior to my arrival. Thank you!
