Hi, I’m  Em! Thank you for being here.

I believe that our bodies are not separate from the Earth, and that tending to our personal vessel means tending to all of Life.

My journey into bodywork began in 2018 while living overseas in New Zealand, where I spent a year on an off-grid organic farm & eco-village. Nestled in the warmth of loving community & seasonal living, my heart blossomed as I devoted myself fully to the land & those around me. Hugs and cuddle puddles became daily rituals and my hard, New England-raised shell melted away. I discovered the healing power of safe, platonic touch, and learned how to truly give and receive Love. It was life-changing!

After attending a reflexology workshop in New Zealand, I went on to receive certifications in Australia in Balinese massage and Reiki, and Lomilomi (Hawaiian) & Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage here in Vermont. My work blends these techniques in an intuitive flow of long flowing strokes, stretching, reflexology, kneading, deep tissue work, and tuning into our breath together to help release physical & energetic blockages. I believe we are all our own healers, and I am here to walk with you along your path.

I have always had a deep connection with nature, and my interest in holistic healing first started with the plants. In 2017 I completed a year-long apprenticeship in Western Herbalism with Mary Blue at Farmacy Herbs, and am currently in my second year of Plant Spirit Medicine studies with Sage Maurer at the Gaia School of Healing & Earth Education. I am devoted to the plants, spirits, & ancestors of the land, and they forever guide my work.

Nature inspires me to lead a slow & intentional life. I have sat two 10-day Vipassana silent meditation courses~ this awareness naturally flows into my practice, which requires my full, meditative presence.

I honor the trust that receiving bodywork requires, and my goal is to create a safe, peaceful habitat where self-love can be nurtured & grow.
